Kenzie Glover

I took senior pictures of Kenzie Glover the other day. She is the 5th person that I have taken senior pictures for. I think it was different this time for me because I was happier with the images this time and I really like the locations we went to downtown.

Of course like always I left the aperture open at f/1.8 and used my portrait lens. I had my ISO at 400 because we were outside but it was kind of cloudy at some times. I bet I could've shot at a lower ISO if I wanted to.

I'm improving with my portraits I think. Also my ratio of pictures I've taken vs pictures I process is going up. Over half the photos I took at this shoot were usable and I was happy with them. I think at this point the MAIN difference between me and a pro photographer is that I can't come up with poses on the spot. It's the hardest thing to do in this business. Thankful that I have technology to help me come up with poses.
