Pumpkin Patch
I wasn't assigned to shoot this or anything, it was just a fun little something I wanted to do before I went to the yearbook worknight. We wanted to take cute pumpkin pictures because they were put away so we went to a landscaping business and took pictures.

On the day we went to shoot, the weather was absolutely awful. It was so cloudy that it wasn't even funny. I had my ISO at 800 at first, but my shutter speed was too slow and my shots came out blurry because of the focal length shutter speed rule and just because of the weather. The shutter speed straightened up after I bumped up the ISO to 1000.
I had fun shooting these, although a lot of them didn't turn out that great so I might try to take better ones of my niece at the pumpkin patch. I think one factor of why I didn't like these is just because there was bad weather. And I hate the fact that the sun sets so early now and I have to rush out of school. Another thing is that a lot of my pictures were out of focus or focusing on the wrong thing. I think honestly I haven't really been happy with my pictures lately and maybe that's it. The next ones will be better hopefully. Also, I broke one of the rules that I was taught at the beginning of the year; don't shoot in open-toed shoes. When I was taking these pictures, I happened to step in ants and I didn't realize it until they all bit me. Now I am paying the consequence of ant bites all over my feet. :-) sometimes you gotta live it to learn it unfortunately in this situation.
