Valentines Day

I've had a productive V Day. This is how it went.

My mom woke me up at 9am with out hairdresser on the phone. Apparently her son-in-law was going to propose to her daughter around 11am and they needed someone to take the pictures of it;however, they didn't want the girl to know he was going to propose. So our hairdresser asked my mom if I could take the pictures, and of course I was thrilled.

We go to Spring Lake Park and I bring my niece so I can act as if I'm taking pictures of her instead of the couple.

I take pictures like this until the couple arrives at the park, then I spot them so I move to a bench and pretend to take pictures of the ducks like this.

When in reality I'm actually taking pictures of the couple feeding the ducks like this.

This goes on for about ten minutes or so until he moves to THE SPOT. aka: the spot where he's going to pop the question. I couldn't get a good angle from where I was so I had to run alllllllllll the way across so I could get behind them. (also keep in mind I was trying to be nonchalant about it so I wouldn't ruin the surprise)

This shot right here almost got me in trouble. She glanced at me after this and I think that's when she started to catch on a little bit. I mean, I didn't even need to take this picture I was just seeing if it was exposed or not but man I was like AHHHHHH after she looked at me.

They were basically just chillin' here and talking so I was just snapping some shots whenever I could until finally popped the question. Here are the results from after the proposal. I'm pretty happy with most of them.

the other cute ones won't load so I'll leave it at this.
